About Me
Alana Magee is a Global Investor, Business Advocate and Leading Systemiser championing Australia’s global business rise.
She started her first 7 figure ‘NQNF’ business at age 24 and over the past 15 years,
she has supported thousands of borrowers achieve their strategic objectives, invested and scaled multiple domestic and international businesses in finance, technology, property and education and given growth opportunities to countless business owners.
Professional Experience
I am the Director of multiple businesses within the NQNF Group, as well as the managing principal and licensee of multiple ventures. I am also a proud mentor in the Future Female Leaders program.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to chart my own path in life and create something different from what I had seen modelled by my family. I started working at the age of 12 after school and weekends.
By the time I was 18, I had been recognised as an asset in 6 different sales, service,
coaching and hospitality roles and was offered a scholarship into university. I decided to take a different path and enter the banking industry with a clear objective to absorb knowledge from every possible experience and one day start a business.
After seven years building my expertise across the retail, medico, and business banking sectors, I founded Conquest Finance Group in 2016.
What began as a small venture quickly grew into one of Perth’s most respected finance broking firms, known for managing everything from straightforward residential loans to highly complex commercial and business finance strategies.
After selling Conquest Finance in 2023 and developing a national reputation as a finance specialist in all things complex, I have since founded and invested multiple domestic and international businesses under the NQNF Group entities which include finance, technology, education and property investments.
2024 was a year of growth and alignment, both personally and professionally.
I invest heavily in personal development working daily to become the best, most evolved version of myself and 2024 required me to redefine who I was and where I wanted to be. I found the love of my life in a place I never expected, I acquired and founded multiple new businesses, systemised fast, solidified growth partnerships and adapted in the face of every challenge.

In 2025, a new strategic growth partnership formed with Fortuna Advisory Group. As Managing Principal and Licensee of Fortuna Finance Services, I will take great pride in leading and scaling a new national finance company for the future focused borrowers of the group.
As a specialist in leadership, business acquisitions, systemisation, expansion and strategic investment both in business and property, I look forward to supporting our clients and our team to create a life by design.
